Full Refund Criteria - Items that are unused, returned within 30 days from delivery date, and are in the same condition in which they were shipped will qualify for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must include the original packaging, including any and all boxes, protective packing, documentation, and accessories.
Partial Refund Criteria - Partial refunds will be issued for returned any item that has obvious signs of use, any item not returned in the condition it was received, any item that is missing parts/documents/packaging or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. Damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons will result in additional restocking fees.
Procedure - Should you want to return an item, please contact us via email or telephone to request a Return Authorization number (RMA). Any items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional handling fees. Package the item securely, preferably in the original shipping container, and return to us. If the reason for the return is our error, we will issue a pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund within 1-3 business days after receipt, allowing time to inspect the item.
