Product Details

This exclusive four piece set from Kyocera can handle all of your kitchen peeling, paring, slicing and chopping needs. All pieces feature ceramic blades that are stain- and rust-proof. The ceramic material is actually harder than steel so it is razor sharp and stays sharp up to 10 times longer than traditional steel blades. The 5.5-inch Santoku knife handles a variety of cutting tasks from chopping and slicing to dicing and mincing. The ergonomic handle and lightweight blade make this knife comfortable to use for both quick tasks and extensive prep work. The 3-inch paring knife is ideal for peeling, cutting and dicing fruits and vegetables. The mandoline slices vegetables quickly and evenly, with four different thicknesses: 0.5mm, 1.3mm, 2mm and 3mm. No need to change blades; simply turn the dial on the back of the mandoline to adjust thickness. The handguard helps you slice safely without food waste. The peeler has a molded handle that's easy to grip and two eye corers to remove imperfections. The Y-shape offers better control than traditional peelers. It performs equally well using either hand. While these blades are extremely versatile, ceramic blades in general should not be used on frozen foods, cheese or meats with bones. Limited lifetime warranty against defects. Includes free sharpening from Kyocera.
