Bread & Deli Knives

Bread & Deli knives are serrated blades and must have for every kitchen. The serrations make it perfect for cutting foods with a hard surface and soft interior, like bread. Most bread knives usually measure in length from 6” to 10”, with 8” being the most common and flexible. Designs include the traditional straight blade and offset style, which uses an offset handle to allow your to cut through the entire loaf of bread down to the cutting board without your knuckles touching the cutting surface.
